The Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014
This is the second set of Regulations which will underpin the Government's package of reforms to bailiff law. The first set, The Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013, sets out the procedure enforcement agents must follow when taking control of goods and were laid in Parliament on 30th July last year. The third and final set of Regulations will follow shortly and will focus on the requirements an individual must meet before they are granted a certificate to work as an enforcement agent.
