The first Cardiff pin of 2014 really got us off the blocks on the right foot to start the year! Thank you to everyone who came and made it a really great evening.
Initially I gave a mortgage update, giving some tips on which lenders are going to suffer further processing delays and which will remain ok. This is always important if you are dealing with distressed sellers. We also looked at the Paragon Light Refurb deal, and how to present it to the lender so that you get the most out of the further advance when drawing down funds post refurb.
That was followed by fellow Mastermind 13 student, Dan Norman who spoke of his first 16 years in property and compared that with his fantastic progress in the last 8 months since he invested in himself and his property knowledge through the educational support offered by the pin network and Mastermind. His presentation was very well received by all and very informative indeed.
To top the bill we had Debbie Hollingsworth showing us how we can make 2014 our best year yet! Its by hard work and personal development. The insight into ‘Gleichers Formula for change’ was very useful indeed and gave us a set formula for making change and taking action. Thank you Debbie for a great presentation.
Gavin Lambert won the prize draw of the Property Quick Start one day seminar DVD presented by Simon Zutshi. Thank you to those people who registered at least 24 hours before this meeting, it really helps us plan for the evening and can I encourage you all to register for the next meeting, which will be happening Tuesday 11th February 2014.
